What is life exactly?

Probably this period is the second lowest point in my life.How does it feel as if you're having a heart attack everyday?
How does it feel when you have started to lose interest in almost everything?
How does it feel when you're surrounded with lots of friends yet so empty inside.
How does it feel when your life is full of unhappiness?
I dont know what I am doing with my life anymore.
I know I shouldnt be feeling this way when... there are so many people out there struggling and fighting for their lifes, people in much worse situattions.
Guess I didnt change for the better afterall.
